Take the Stress Test

How are you managing the stresses in your life? The stress test is divided into 5 components:
  1. Anxiety
  2. Overwhelmedness
  3. Hostility
  4. Management
  5. Acute Stress
You do not need to take all 5 tests if you do not wish to. However, if you take all 5 tests, you will get a better idea of how you are coping with the stresses in your life. This is not a scientific test but is designed as a meaningful guide to help you recognize the need to reduce stress in your life before it harms you. Each "True" is worth 1 point. Each "Usually True" is worth 2 points. Each "Not Usually True" is worth 3 points. Each "Never True" is worth 4 points.
